I've been freediving recreationally for 60 years without any training before this. I was cruising along a ledge in a blue hole in the Berry Islands last month when it occurred to me that "Hmmmm, I should probably know a lot more about what I'm doing"! So, I signed up for this course when I got home. This class is so important for safety, efficiency, and proficiency - I really had no idea! Tracy is a great instructor, course has good materials, and we had a super location over the Vandenberg wreck for the exam. The course format going from classroom to pool to ocean is fantastic. Highest recommendation for this course, location, and instructor. Cheers!
