Instructor: Zachary Small
Course exceeded expectations... and I was excited going into it. Zach is a great instructor. His experience and love for the sport made it fun and easy to lean and apply what we learned in the water. Learning the safety aspects was top priority, as it should be, but we still pushed ourselves to improve in all aspects of the sport. Zach excelled at individualizing the class by recognizing were each student was strong and weak and gave very clear and specific instruction to help each student work thru their areas needing improvement. I highly recommend this course to anyone considering freediving.

Tracy is a great instructor, and she took us to a super location over the Vandenberg wreck off Key West for the exam. She worked thoughtfully with all the students to address each individual's issues. The course format going from classroom to pool to ocean was fantastic. Highest recommendation for this course, location and instructor. This is so important for your safety, efficiency, and proficiency. Take it, take it! Might save your life, or at the very least will change it. Cheers...
