Level 1 Freediver

Instructor: Tracy Wollschlager

Tracy was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about freediving. Her instruction style is fun and also highly professional. She taught a great class and gave personalized instruction and troubleshooting help to each student. If possible, I was even more excited about freediving after taking her course. She also taught students to independently monitor safety and equipped us with safety buddy skills that we practiced extensively. Tracy was also knowledgeable about a wide range of resources to continue freediving education and practice. All in all she was one of the best instructors I've ever worked with in training of any kind.
