Aprendemos os procedimentos de segurança fundamentais, a utilização correta do equipamento e a aplicação de técnicas de freediving. O local do curso foi bom, porque atingia os 20 metros de profundidade a pouca distância da costa. Além disso, o instrutor é muito simpático e amigo e, por isso, dá-nos confiança nos mergulhos que realizamos!

The F.I.I. Freediver Level 1 course is a very well structured free diving course. I could learn a lot from it and from João Filipe da Costa / FII Freediving instructor - a highly qualified and experienced free diver. His concerns on security and the quality of the given information are notorious. The team work was great.

Drift freediving with Oliver Haroun, was an amazing experience. I felt extremely comfortable/safe,with him and his staff. There attention to safety is number one aspect of the course. I highly recommend him for training on all levels of expertise.
