I've always felt at home in the water. Swimming was something I loved growing up, even if I never took it beyond just a hobby. A few years ago, I stumbled across freediving and instantly knew it was something special. Since then, I've had the chance to dive in some incredible places - around Seattle and the Pacific Northwest, out in Hawaii, down in Florida, and even Dubai. What I love most about freediving is the calm and focus it brings. There's something really grounding about being underwater, discovering new marine life and landscapes - whether it's in the cold, wild waters of the PNW or on a warm reef in Hawaii. For me, it's all about connecting: to the ocean, to my breath, and to the amazing community that comes with it. Beyond diving for myself, my true passion is freediving competitions, where I participate as competition safety - supporting athletes as they push their limits. I've had the privilege of serving as safety at a few competitions here in Seattle, and I'll continue to support this incredible community of passionate athletes.
