Born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK, Tim grew up an avid hunter and fisherman. As an undergraduate student at Oklahoma State University, Tim studied Mechanical Engineering Technology, mastering the concepts of applied fluid mechanics, thermal fluids, physics, dynamics, hydraulic fluid power systems, and mechanical designs. Tim graduated as a distinguished military graduate through the Army Reserves Officer Training Corp, ultimately pursuing active service in the US Army. He began his career as a Construction Platoon Leader, deploying to Liberia during the Ebola crisis to assist medical treatment construction. As a lieutenant, Tim was selected to serve as a Battalion Engineer in the 75th Ranger Regiment. After serving in the 75th Ranger Regiment, he went on to serve in the 7th Special Forces Group as a Green Beret Detachment Commander and Company Executive Officer. During his service in Special Forces, Tim attended the Military Freefall Course and the Maritime Assessment Course and spent extensive time in El Salvador, advising multiple units within the Salvador Special Operations. Tim?s passion for the ocean began as a scuba diver in 2017, diving with live-aboard charters in Labaun Bajo and Komodo, Indonesia. He began freediving and spearfishing in 2019 under the instruction of Joe D?Agostino and Benthic Ocean Sports in Destin, FL.
