Lake Crescent Freedive Retreat
This retreat offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the tranquil waters of Lake Crescent while refining your freediving technique, safety skills, and overall comfort in the water. Set in one of Washington’s most striking freshwater environments, the day is designed to be both focused and restorative.

Created for certified freedivers and students working toward their Level 1 certification, the retreat blends thoughtful coaching, structured in-water practice, and meaningful community time. The emphasis is on safety, efficiency, relaxation, and building confidence at your own pace in a supportive setting.

The day begins with gentle stretching, breathwork, and visualization to prepare both body and mind for the in-water sessions ahead. Coached dives are tailored to each participant’s experience level, with individualized feedback and attention throughout the day.

Breaks include light refreshments and informal group debriefs, offering space to reflect, ask questions, and learn from shared experiences. Afternoon sessions continue skill refinement, followed by a final debrief with personalized feedback to help integrate what you’ve learned.

We conclude the day with a relaxed community potluck dinner, creating space to connect, celebrate progress, and reflect together after a full day in the water.

Bonus: On August 16, certified freedivers are welcome to return for an independent line diving practice session. While this session is unsupervised, I will be in the water training myself and am happy to answer questions or offer informal guidance as appropriate.

Whether you are refining existing skills or continuing your path toward certification, this retreat offers a welcoming and professional environment to support your freediving journey.
